But shouldn't the value be higher though then btc if its used more etc thats what's confusing I know its bitcoin but im confused why its not near the price of btc or is it?

it should, but it isn't, and that's how it is.
as you can easily check, bsv price is ridiculously low compared to btc.
short story: there has been a lot of malinvestment in the blockchain economy over the past 10 years.
but in the long term, only those sectors of the economy that deliver value, survive.
BSV offers useful tech. will it be adopted? perhaps.
also, keep in mind that casinos are part of the economy too, some people dedicate part of their entertainment budget to gambling.
