Shoulders get injured easily during training.

You know what really works to relieve yourself of pain?

Hanging.

Just grab a bar with your hands and hang like that for a while. Relax everything. Let gravity do the work.

Really? Didn’t know this. Might try next time I get a shoulder injury at the gym.
