When I go to user thread there are two icons of my pfp and the one in the middle when I click it it takes me to top of screen. On public and home there are icons like public and home that do the same.

yea, the one in the middle is your current stream so you know "where you are" and clicking it takes you to the top. your user icon in the right corner is always there... takes you to the sidebar

but it looks like the content is not fitting on your screen? looks a little cut off on the right side

or did you zoom in?

Probably zoomed in because it looks normal on screen
