Seeing homes for sell with Price Drops and even seller offers to pay up to 15,000$ to buy down the interest rate on mortgages.
The engine of higher priced Californians and other similar selling out and moving to cheaper States has (or is in process) stopped with the severity of rate increases having driven payments up so much. Now it's just a waiting game to see it bleed through the market and bleed down the prices as less and less "cash buyers" come in and more is left to just wage workers unable to get mortgages at those payments given the rates. Prices must yield if interest rates cannot.
