The all-seeing eye, the eye in the triangle, is commonly associated with shadowy groups secretly running the world. For many it is a symbol of evil.
But the symbol is much older and used to stand for God.
This can be quite confusing, but there is an easy explanation.
Remember that Lucifer wants to be God. He is in rebellion against God and mocks and IMITATES God.
Or on a more concrete level: the mind (Lucifer) wants to be above everything and make its own good and evil, instead of being subject to the objective good and evil our soul adheres to.
When shadowy groups of pseudo illuminated luciferians use the symbol of God, they do so in a mocking way: "This is OUR symbol now. We are God now."
