I see people talking about diets, my logic is this.
We will all die one day. You never know when.
I love food. I’m gonna eat whatever I enjoy and not worry about it.
(You are probably imagining I’m fat, no actually I’m the opposite 🤣)

The problem with that logic is that most people in the West die slow, painful deaths of preventable lifestyle disease, destroying their healthspan even in the cases where they manage to cling to life.
Do as you will; I intend to live a long, healthy life.
INTEND is the important word.
A few years back someone I knew died in a car accident. Same age as me, around 20 at the time.
This event changed my perspective on life.
Living long is no guarantee.
Any day could be your last, so live now.
The fact that you could potentially be killed in a freak accident at any moment is not an argument for slowly killing yourself and making the later parts of your life miserable if you don't die early.
Health is wealth. Life feels better without any pain.
I agree with being pro health! Definitely!
But I’m not going to miss out on eating a steak one night because I’m worried about a couple of calories.
