Marianne shared her recent discovery of the corocoid part of the shoulder blade which peeks through between the collar bone and ribs. Feeling it has me be aware of the width of the scapula.
Her insight: bringing the humerus to the front sandwiches the corocoid and pushes it backwards. We experimented with the movement and I felt a huge relief in the shoulder blade flaring at the sides (lats) and a strong connection to the triceps.
