Save and access Studio Project files from your workspace
• You can save and access Studio Project files directly from your Revu workspace without needing to launch Studio, available in Revu 21 and Revu 20.
• Access this feature via the Document Management Toolbar, which requires a Bluebeam ID login.
• To save a PDF in a Studio Project, open the PDF, select Bluebeam Studio Projects from the Document Management toolbar, and click "Save As (DMS)."
• If prompted, log into Bluebeam Studio, then navigate to the desired project and folder in the Save Project File dialog to upload your document.
• In Revu 21, users with a Basics subscription will only see projects they have been invited to in the Save Project dialog.
• You can set Studio as your default open and save location by going to Revu > Preferences (Ctrl+K) and adjusting the Studio options.
• Deselecting "Open and save files to Studio from toolbar only" allows you to access files from both Studio and your local disk.
• To revert to using the local drive as the default, return to the Studio options in Preferences and reselect "Open and save files to Studio from toolbar only."
