Statistm is a system of exploitation and oppression that systematically violates individual (property) rights
The state apparatus then grows like cancer and eventually turns into socialism.

Communism wants to tax into equality, justifying violence and financed by the state bank. Then when everyone is poor and suppressed it is called communism.
