That's true. Quitting addictions has never been easier. I smoked weed for 18 years and quit 2 weeks ago and have a huge aversion to smoke. I feel that something new is born in me. Only dreams do not leave me alone. I've been going to Muai Thai since the new year, only the pass is too expensive and I have to wait a month - but I started watching trainings on YT (I'm self-taught) and now I'm practicing on a punching bag.
