it's a shop front window. Every year a big department store does this. There are queues of people with kids who wait their turn to stand in front for "oooh's" and "aaahhh's"... at midnight last night while I waited for the tram there were no lines . Funny that the mickey mouse track could be heard from the next window. Adds to the absurdity that this window show is still happening. My mum used to take me as a little girl.
