It’s not about preventing death at all cost.

Death is inevitable.

It’s about knowing how to die well.

What does dying well mean to you?

To die well is to live well :)

Not many will live at all :)

Die living or live dying. They are the only choices

Nice question! Even if we live to 180 years old with anti aging technique, death is there anyway!

I ponder often how I was born. Awareness just switched on one day. Don't have an answer how to die well. Still a work in progress lol

Yes. When exactly did awareness switch on? My earliest memory isn’t of me in my mother’s womb - I don’t rmbr that, or even at 1 y/o. But surely awareness was ‘on’ by then. But if I don’t rmbr , how can I know when exactly it started?

Good point! My earilest memory is at 3 years old. But as you say, memory doesn't define life. Since the time in the womb and before 3 yrs old still happened. So what I am must already be present before all memory, objects & experiences arise. Timeless
