It's highly possible Ira Kleiman will be unable to sell his BTC for as much as he will be assessed in estate tax (doh!)

I was thinking about this. I don't know how estate tax works, not US citizen, but it would be interesting to see if the tax is paid upon receiving BTC or based on the moment of sale of BTC? Even receiving BTC & immediate sell off seems risky!
