he's going through the books to make public his findings? If the books have been rigged is that a sue-able offence? Would it gear anybody buying a company to ask different questions?
I'm struggling to work out where he's coming from. Who's got a clue?

(I don't have twitter on my PC and I can't use the Knovigator on my phone the way I'd like so I don't have any images.)

yeah, he's saying they deliberately hid evidence from the court. That CEO he just fired might have to give a refund from his 50million dollar payout.

he fired the execs "for cause" so he doesnt have to give the severance. this might be evidence in that case

he certainly sounds like he's building a case... and having a lot of fun trolling along the way.
