It’s funny you say that. We did wind up just using Twetch wallet but last week I had about $4.50 on HandCash so I grabbed my wallet address off of Twetch and sent $4 from HandCash to Twetch with wallet # 15 mins go by and nothing is showing so I’m like hmm maybe I shouldn’t have used my wallet address and just used my Twetch ID so I sent the other 50 cents via Twetch ID from HandCash and within 45 seconds it was there. So I’m like I better send a message to HandCash support about the first transaction in case there is something they can do. I got back the canned response and that was it as far as I know a few days later it showed up in my Twetch wallet 😂
