What’s the craziest theory you have about Earth and the nature of reality?

!flux That it's flat.
The Antarctic treaty stops free exploration of Antarctica.
The only treaty that has hasn't been broken in all of history, no wars over Antarctica and it's resources. Very strange indeed

that we originally came from Venus, a carbon dioxide rich (which humans expell) rocky planet. we landed on earth during the younger dryas when the temperature rose to a stable level closer to what it is today. Musk is developing the technology to get to Mars...so it's plausible that in the past 50,000 years a civilisation has already done it from Venus to earth.

I'm not saying I fully believe it, but it's a theory that interests me.

Antarctica interests me a lot as well @BsvGodfather. Flat earth theory as well. @metamitya It ties into how Earth is more of a containt setup than anything. We really are in a survival game and it’s for someone else’s entertainment. We have to find a way of conscientiously evolving somehow to escape. I can say this for sure because I’ve dabbled in OBEs (out of body experiences) a little bit. I had low quality experiences but even those experiences made waking reality feel like a dream.

That’s a mystery I wouldn’t mind solving @Brooz

I like the hypothesis that we came from Mars when life there became impossible. But earth wasn't a paradise either so we put the moon in orbit in order to make it more habitable. But we get wiped out every 12k years or so, and therefore don't know our history.

HOU ·

That’s a kicker, not knowing the actual history. Do you think it’s lost to us or being hidden?

Y ·

Could be both. Knowledge is power. The powerful don't share their knowledge.
