What's your conversion rate for your biz in Google Analytics?
Over the last 12 months I've managed to get a client a 5% conversion rate (contact form & phone calls measured). Last month 6.5%.
Also the conversion price slashed 66% and continues to fall.

Paid visitors/clicks to perform a wanted action (that leads to income or potential leads for income).
