Russia gets it, not in a devious way, just understands the market. The countries with no indigenous fossil fuel sources know what this means. Fossil fuels production and transport infrastructure in the West are being jeopardized. Russia will win big.

Heard someone in the electricity gen business say: Affordability, transportability and scalability make coal so important for the developing world.

Kinda like a viable blockchain, if the fuel isn't affordable and scalable it's useless.
