Why do our rulers, who are largely white, hate white people…

Why do our rulers, who are largely white, hate white people so much?
Is it just because white people are essentially the middle class, which has always been a thorn in the eye of the rulers?
Is it because of some kind of Neo Marxist ideology that identifies white people (especially men) as oppressors and brown and black people (especially women) as victims?
Is it because they think white people, especially Christians, will oppose their neo-pagan new age communism?
Or is it just late cycle suicidal self-hatred?
