Rolfing... I am sitting at a cafe after having been rolfed. Today's session involved the rolfer sticking his finger so far up my nose that he could feel the sphenoid bone... which looks a little bit like a pelvis.

here you can see the sphenoid in relation to the nostrils. I'm struggling to put words to the experience... it was... interestingly invasive (until I got curious as to how far his finger could go, and let it happen), it was then that I practiced acceptance, and letting go... it was very fucking weird.
