In response to the great BSV vs BCH debate:
Owning bitcoincom or bitmain does not give anybody power if they dont do anything to improve the value of their companies.

To bitcoincom's credit, they have a suite of services that attempt to do so - mining pools, localbitcoins replacement, wallets, PoS apps, BTC mempool accelerators paid in BCH, even a dope polo.

Is it the company, the ecosystem, or the mission statement?

yes they are building alot but as jimmy would say they are building on moving sand. thats why i dont think any of that has any value.

The ABC/BU tension definitely makes for shaky ground.

But barring that, I'd say bitcoincom has done a good job fulfilling their mission statement of "digital cash for the world" w/their service suite.

It's just not enough.

Bitcoin had tremendous 1st mover and competitive advantage over payment processors in '09, now that's completely lost.

Merchant adoption is still important but BCHers do not understand that multivariate utility is now a necessity for broad adoption.
