If it can happen in the world's biggest bourse/exchange, as recently as 1990s and 2000-zeroes, then it's almost a CERTAINTY that it's happening in unregulated (see recent shutdown of Tornado Cash which is HIGHLY illegal, associated with North Korea nuclear bomb-making, etc…) exchanges.

It's a matter of cat and mouse, and unfortunately Crazy Pat had to find out by accounting for almost every share. This can be done in BSV too, by very large players (if they talk to each other), but it can also be done via regulation and picking honest exchanges.
