"Homeowners" have to pay property tax, insurance ect so they would be technically homeless too if they couldnt pay that.

this is true too... you see, were all actually incapable of owning anything, legally speaking. Cause legally your already dead. That's why you use a dead legal fiction for a name. a Corporation aka a person. The only way to own a house, is to use a trust..

I love realestate. Especially the ones i rent out because they pay the taxes for me 😬 so in a sense im more of an owner then a person living in their own home. Its a liability to own your own home sorry people

its just a big game of monopoly, nobody told me growing up, signed a mortgage in my 20's not even knowing what the word meant... boy that was stupid, I was stupid. Cost me 15 years to get out of that mess. Death Pledge... boy do they mean it.

Yeah first home you own should always be multi family place you dont live in. I learned the hard way too most of us have learned that lesson the hard way.
