I have been remote viewing and astral projecting in meditation for nearly 5years. I also developed claircognizance and clairaudience.
Currently I’m practicing biofield mechanics, telepathy, reiki, channeling, and various improvised alchemy rituals.

I recently picked up 128hz and 528hz solfeggio forks, been messing around with them, wife and puppies love the 528hz, but 128hz scares my dogs into barking and the wife won't let me near her with it lol not sure if its a good thing or bad with the 128 😅
