The many roads, many paths, many techniques that lead to the direct experience, the Power of Now. The more I spend time immersed in the Field, the more I feel the Gnostics had the clearest vision of what this is all about. That's just thru my direct experience and finding what matches it the closest.
I had an experience on a mountain in Santa Fe. I, with two other couples, were drinking wine and took ecstasy. Overcast all day, so it was a bit chilly, even in the summer. I noticed we were getting cold, the shivering couples gave it away. I walk to an open spot. Directed my attention to the sun, which was behind the overcast. Walking in a small circle I began to give thanks to the Sun for keeping us warm. A small hole opened in the clouds above me. One couple joined me, as they noticed what was occuring. The three of us widened the circle and they repeated what I was chanting. The hole in the clouds got so big the sun shined it's light right on us. just on us. not the entire mountain. just on us. overcast all day. no sun, just on us when we connected. Only possible because on ecstasy you have no fear, no doubt, only love. Love moves mountains, or in this case clouds. But what I learned was just that. The Power of LOVE.
