no, you know how you mint images into ordinals and put them onchain? on images that you own you see a mint button in the bottom right. now the same thing is true with videos, if you own a video (you created it, or posted it) you can mint it onchain... you'll see that same mint button on videos you own
what you're showing is the ai magic wand menu... you can use ai to create a video, and then mint it if you want
