Seriously amazing stuff... Not sure why its not something doctors recommend... so much misinformation out there. Time to break the curve and take back responsibility for our own health!

Ive also started putting a tiny drop of the 2% lugol on my kids skin.. I had issues in my pregnancy likely caused directly my iodine deficiency... So let's give them a head start at life too. <3 Hopefully they wont have to suffer later down the track.
