I red about streamanity, but couldnt figure an easy way to set it up. Is twetch somehow connected to it? Forgive me being such a bummer.

Ok both are not connected. So streamanity is just like twetch but for videos and both are built around wallet moneybutton for verification?
No, for streamanity you just have the option to use money button to top up
