Read “Lifespan” recently written by Harvard professor David Andrew Sinclair. He believe aging is a disease that can be cured. Sharing here for those who are interested since we may need a little bit more time for BSV to rule over all shitcoins...

This PHD discover the function of SIRTUINs, a group of age regulating protein, in his post doc yeast paper. His recent paper https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/710210v1.full is very interesting to say the least. Apparently cured blindness in a mice
His student reset a mice's damaged optic nerve cell using 3 of Yamanaka factors. Yamanaka is the Japanese guy who got Nobel prize in 2012 for his technique in turning adult cells into stem cells. What we can do now to combat aging according to the Prof:
1. Intermittent fasting
2. Less meat, more plant protein
3. High intensity exercise
4. Intermittent exposure to shivering cold or high heat (think sauna)
5. Take NAD+ supplement (Daily 750 mg of NMN, a gram of resveratrol & 500 mg of metformin)
Item 1,3&4 is basically to stress our body into producing more NAD+, which is a key resource for SIRTUINs to perform DNA regulation. The result can be measured objectively by your biological age (Horvath clock based on DNA mythelation) before and after
End of sharing. Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in any of the supplements or test service indicated above. Do your own research before committing into a long term medication regime. Hope everyone has a long and healthy life :))
