Read about the "BSV of mushrooms" here!

Our school @60036 had a lady from Bucks County over to walk the woods and find DELICIOUS mushrooms (chicken of the forest, shrimp of the forest) to eat and cook. So appreciative to have a little knowledge about wild mushrooms, and how to find and identify some of them. Best to have an expert teach you, but since I've seen these types on rare occasions in our forest, enjoyed this synopsis below.
