We have reached a pivotal point in the history of the screen:

Until now we were the ones giving our attention to the screen, first the boomers (TV), then gen X to Z (PC, Phone).

Now the screen (the machine) is giving attention to us (AI).

If you think the machine was addictive before, imagine how addictive it is becoming now that it impersonates a human being that gives the atomized masses all the attention they crave.

I suspect that most people are still doing it in secret, but it is already happening everywhere: people tell AI EVERYTHING. About themselves and about those around them.
