If you're in the UK you need to regularly write to your MP to get lockdown ended. I am beyond furious with it. My most recent email, a little emotionally charged, but I've had enough of this BS.

Agreed, but Bitcoin fixes all this …!!!

No it doesn't unfortunately.

It will luckily!

Everyone will use the BSV Blockchain for email & all communication because data is simply too precious to lose. This means the media & public will be able to see exactly who 'gave order's' when & how etc... (cont.)

This means all information sources can be validated & verified so … can be traced back to the very source. This means that it's this 'BS' that Mark has had enough of that Bitcoin fixes!!! :)

I love BSV as much as the next guy but this is nothing short of delusional. Politicians aren't going to communicate potentially sensitive information over a transparent ledger, even if it's encrypted.

I’ve got to agree. I imagine “make the government use public blockchain for all communique” is both a technical impossibility and something that the public will not care enough about in the foreseeable future to matter.

It's not "transparent", it's private. The two people communicating can read the messages just like in an encrypted message. It's just this time evidence of the transaction exists & can't be deleted, which generates accountability & honest behaviour.

This doesn't address my main point though, which is that politicians and other powerful figures will simply find other avenues of communication if needed. I don't think absolutely EVERYTHING will go on-chain even if BSV reaches worldwide adoption.
1GXRQ6h3vWzw9FawVp6bXSbcSvpDeWyuS9 (3643) ·
It will, coz why wouldn't it be? ...unless it's dodgy!!!
Not using the chain is signaling dishonest behavior & therefore undermining ones own integrity.

Leaving data off-chain doesn't automatically mean it's sketchy. As an example, even if it costs 1/1000th of a cent, someone might not want to pay to put their encrypted messages on chain. Especially if there's a chance that encryption can be broken later.

It's a 5-year plan.
Bummer, I know.
I did not believe it last year but I believe it now.
They're not listening to logic.
They're looking at the clock, and the clock says 3 years to go.
They've been trained to act stupid.
Logic will never move them.
