One can only utilise their body in every possibly way to think of:
lifts, drops, holds, squats, pushes, pulls, jumps, aerobic, stamina, stretch... when their body weight becomes easy.
Use weights to warmup, do muscle definition.
I'm not body building :)

I like to focus on endurance - running pushups and pull-ups to keep the mind and body sharp
