ok v1 of this is out... upvalued content is now ranked much higher than other content along with a big recency boost... and i will be rolling out more search options in the near future

tuning the search algo is somewhat of an art so feel free to point out any weirdness where something unexpected happens

upvotes also increase search performance fyi but just not nearly as much as upvalue
