I ran the experiment. Ate mostly meat for several months. I also did intermittent fasting. I did my blood work. Everything came back normal. Conclusion: Eating mostly meat does not cause health issues for me. And I enjoy it. I will keep eating mostly meat.

Aren't there increased risks of heart disease and cancers when eating too much meat? (not something you would detect with a blood test, but rather long-term side effects)
No. As best I can tell, that is simply a myth. Read "Good Calories, Bad Calories".

Eggs anything that is natural... now eat processed foods for 6 months and you’ll end up in a hospital malnourished with clogged arteries.
I do intermittent fasting so that I can enjoy my meat and it fixed my HDL. Too much fasting is not healthy, but it keeps me grateful. I tried vegan for a while and sometimes fast on only vegan food to just be grateful for meat when I break my fast.
Keto was good for me too. Did you noticed anything with your mind getting more sharp and staying focused longer?
I'm running my own food related experiment with eggs and meat. I regularly fast and have definitely noticed a difference in energy and focus. I look forward to your updates on future results. Thank you for sharing.

Of all the things that have caused major fighting in my family, arguments about food is the worst. If I decide to eat only vegan for a while, that’s my decision, and I don’t force it. What I do try to express is how grateful I am to have daily meals.
So in the end, I will eat whatever is available, or whatever is served - within reason. I don’t care but intermittent fasting is beneficial. And let me tell you it is /SO/ delicious to finally eat it is like the best feeling of delayed gratification.
I used to intermittent fast and work out fasted and saw nice results.
Gonna start it up again now and introducing more meat into my diet as well.
Excited to see how it goes.
I think that's short term result. Life long test, I am not sure.
Yay, nice! Same, I do better w/mostly meat. We always aim for nose to tail consumption & grass fed for optimizing omega profile. Ground organ mix goes well 50/50 w/ground beef. Chicken liver pâté is flavorful. Collagen (powder) to balance muscle meats. 💪
Agreed, the most recent science debunks the older science that the old scientists tried to defend but they are dead from heart disease.
Another self-experimenter here, for the last 6 weeks or so now. So many positives so quickly, it's a bit surprising that most of the claims that I thought fantastical have actually been holding up. Everything opposite of what they teach in public school.
