Racism, sexism, etc should not be tolerated in the public sector, but in the private sector people have a right to their preferences. Since business is best done by means of merit, diversity will prevail in a free market, as long as it's not forced.

Yes, because most likely you will find that it doesn't exist. A company has nothing to gain from doing so. But leftists can smear reputations by using those accusations. Those are the real frauds.
