It's totally insane to suggest that I followed anyone onto Twetch. I actually got a link River posted and thought it might be fun. Then I saw @292 telling damaging lies about me. He's not joking. He's trying to cause harm and that's completely illegal.

the way you handle situations is the problem, not that you're on the same platform. also luckily for you all his 'damaging lies' are there for everyone to see forever and it's on you to prove it.

You're referring to two different issues. One is my personality which I admit is flawed.

The other is people telling damaging lies about me which is not okay even if I'm a jerk. See CSW.

the burden of proof is on you at this point, because from an outside prospective you approached him on multiple platforms admittedly. an easy proof is to post the tweet saying "we're cool" proving he at one point approved interacting with you.

Also ironically, the second definition of stalk is to "stride somewhere in a proud, stiff, or angry manner" which you did on your first post

From an outside perspective, I've only interacted with Kurt based on his Twetch accusing me of stalking, and I sure as fuck don't need his approval.

In the public record you admitted to contacting him outside of twetch on your first twetch. there is burden of proof on both sides on any trial. It's both on the accuser to prove they've been wronged and it's on the defendant to prove innocence.

Contacting someone about a legitimate issue is not the same as stalking someone. I am willing to admit that maybe @292 was speaking an opinion rather than intending to maliciously defame me. If he doesn't keep harping on it, then that will be fine with me.
