If public can’t read it, because it’s encrypted, then it’s not publicly available, it doesn’t exist in public sphere, public has no use of it.

Twetch posts, simple as they are, are publicly available. They increase the value of your content, publicly.

Private content on the other hand should always be encrypted. You don't want your passport or bank account to be accessible publicly.

Problem is, that you have to trust third parties that they are encrypting your content, and they don't or do it poorly.

BitCoin foundations are best to treat both public and private data.

Publicly accessible is still privately owned, marked to the author.

Private data, where you hold the key or part of it to decrypt it, is far more secure even than "your" google password.

Problem is that you will most probably lost your keys/passwords...

BitCoin needs new device.
Not phone, not hardware wallet...
Something usb, protected with your biometrics, that you use to access data on the block chain... Something ssh-agent like...

Is pay-to-see-a-twetch possible?

Paywall style? Not in the immediate plan. Something else is brewing 😉
