i am proposing an international monetary standard to replace gold & fiat - The Uranium Standard - atomic fission can convert uranium directly into energy (the ability do work) thus Uranium is a far more logical basis of economic value than gold & fiat

Sorry frog, can't happen. Some countries, such as Germany which no longer uses nuclear energy (though they import some from France), don't have any incentive to support such an idea.
