As we progress in this adventure of charge interactants, we find the orientation of charge replaces mediation.

As computer programmers, we are inclined to think of the clock in terms of "Count Referent" or "Referent Charge Harmonic". The "time keeper" which sets the frequency, the frequency sets the bitwidth, the bitwidth sets the bit charge carry capacitance.
