Program News and Announcements - Cosmic Origins (COR)

• The D.7 Strategic Astrophysics Technology (SAT) program under ROSES aims to develop essential technologies for future space missions, as recommended by the 2010 Decadal Survey of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
• Proposals for the 2021 D.7 SAT must specifically address technology needs outlined in the forthcoming 2020 Decadal Survey of Astronomy and Astrophysics report.
• Proposals focusing on technology development unrelated to the 2020 Decadal Survey can be submitted to the D.3 Astrophysics Research and Analysis (APRA) program.
• Detailed guidelines and due dates for D.7 SAT will be provided in a future amendment after the release of the 2020 Decadal Survey, with a minimum proposal submission period of 90 days.
• The Astrophysics Technology Gaps List will not be updated in time for this year's SAT, so proposers should consult the D.7 SAT text once it is released for project scope.
