How are you producing value today?
For me, it's a rest day. Stepping away from a lot of the things that I've been stressing over, and taking time for myself.
This will make tomorrow a more productive day, because I have invested in myself.

Very good. Family is important. Far more important than many appear to believe.
i turn off from everything for sunday, just be present and enjoy family.. maybe read some spiritual books if i am going to consume any information, no phone / electronics... unless watching a movie with the family :)
