i process my PSA but ended up got argue with the center information assistant where the man we ask if NSO(old live birth) will be okay for processing to PSA. And he just shout to us that "GO GET A FORM AND PRESENT YOUR ID" wtf. my day is really badಥ‿ಥ we ended up leaving.
