The problems in validating the PA election result due to malfeasance, will demand the PA Legislature stepping into this. Regardless of who won, the only remedy is a re-vote under their law, which is an historic reassertion of the constitutional process

Before that happens, the SCOTUS will tell them (the PA legislature) they must do it because that is the US Law.
So my prediction is that SCOTUS will make State legislative abdication of their US constitutional electoral responsibilities essentially no longer legal.
SCOTUS will say there is grey area, but this is to pull back courts making up ad hoc voting process.
SCOTUS may also do something to address lack of political will to address election fraud enforcement within states, i.e. the problem of "carte blanche fraud" by the party in exec control
