The problem of illegal content is handled by not preventing uploading of it: impossible. Twetch may need to maintain a blacklist of illegal content and mute it whenever it is discovered. Publicly audit-able blacklist. Cover thy ass.

Twetch can remove illegal material fromview on the platform but not the BSV chain. The fact that an individual can be identified for uploading the material is a good deterant, would be easy to give law enforcement the evidence.
A blacklist of transactions containing illegal content will be coveted by those who seek illegal content.
No one in BSV has a solution to this yet. We’ve got to get together and work on this.
