If you want the best quality of a screenshot, but at the same time pay the less possible posting it, use tinypng.com to reduce size first.
Often a 150KB screenshot becomes 30KB.

I use ezgif.com to reduce size on gifs by trimming frames, reducing the number of pixels and adding compression.
