Pretty sure it would be well within the rights of BitCoin application companies to sue BA/CSW for breach of unilateral contract if he/they did not act to dispel attackers and crooks from exploiting the network by violating the protocol. It’s is by this motive force that certain actions by the BA are necessitated and not just justified.

So for anyone bitching about BA taking actions, consider the alternative and maybe it’s easier for people to palate /understand?
