This premise reminds me of how everyone who's in crypto is essentially shorting the currency of their own countries. And therefore, an active agitator or unpatriotic- basing personal gains on the collapse of systems.
Or should we find gold on asteroids or find it's an abundant element in the universe once civilization is interplanetary, will gold bugs calculate the new reality into their math or simply ignore the science and start a cult of scarcity?

You don't need to worry about civilization being "interplanetary" because planets as we are sold them by NASA are bogus, space is completely fake, we have a dome, water never curves, and the earth is flat. In fact, all data coming out of NASA is putrescent sludge. There isn't much truth in that organization.
However, your premise that gold and silver are actually much more abundant than what is told to "the masses" is likely true. Because it would give whatever entity holds and guards that knowledge incredible power over "the masses", which I believe is the case. Humans are part of some inextricable farming apparatus. The Ice Ring of Antarctica (protected and UNANIMOUSLY SUPPORTED by all "countries" (which are a scam) by the Antarctic Treaty) ultimately forms the cage from which humans do not escape. It is my belief that humans are locked down from about 50 different angles. It truly would take a "god" with incredible power to truly free humans from their captor, but whether that is part of the program is beyond my ability to know. I've asked said "god" for an angelic visitation for years. If anything, our captor already has god-like power and can look exactly like us. But has an intelligence level that is higher than the average human and breathtaking coordination.
In the end, flat or round Earth becomes another arbitrary limitation to human potential. I find most philosophical discourse on whether we are free beings or manipulated by some external force with ulterior motives depends on whether u think it matters.

It isn't about the shape. It's about the LIE. If being lied to about the shape of the earth doesn't matter to you, what does that say about your life? If you DON'T CARE that a LIE this MASSIVE is being promulgated by TPTB—which you SUPPORT and VOTE for—what does that say about your PATHETIC life?
TPTB have no sway over the enlightened mind. Because it operates on another level. Therefore, to be concerned about the lie only provides evidence of a lack of self mastery.
If others are caught in a lie it is of no concern. Because my concern is my own experience.
I'm not going to lock myself in to anyone's flat prison. Or become a servant to other's orbital military ambitions.
