If all posting was 2c and replies were 1.8c back to the originator..people would actually have threads. Just saying...as opposed to now where house keeps most of the money. High volume, low fee model. Familiar with that?

They need to make interacting with peoples content 'cheap as chips'.
A like should be only a few sats a byte.
A comment should be about 1c or less.
A content creation post should be 5-10c.
They need to see that hardly anyone is interacting, and change.
No. They need to make it easy to make things balance out..where it's easy to toss dimes or nickels back and forth so the people who have good things to say find it easy to break even or make money. Toss near nothing around and no one makes money.
