The way to prove who Satoshi Nakamoto is, is not by moving Satoshi's coins; If you were an enemy of Satoshi and you didn't like what he or she thinks, says or does, what would you say to discredit him/her? Think about it for a moment .... now I'll tell you the answer: If someone, whoever they are, claims to be Satoshi and moves the coins, his opponents or enemies anywhere will immediately make massive propaganda saying that he/she has stolen Satoshi's keys, copied them or Satoshi himself has lent them to him/her, they could even say that Satoshi is dead and he has taken them, in this way the truth would never be known. With the above, I want to explain to you that possessing Satoshi's private keys does not imply owning Satoshi's identity, a similar analogy is that if someone possess the keys to your car that does not make him the owner of it. So, that is why Satoshi Nakamoto's identity must be proven by other legal means, such as knowledge of hidden aspects in the creation of the Bitcoin Genesis Block that only Satoshi knows, and after his identity and ownership of the Pseudonym are recognized, the movement of the coins should only be done after legal recognition as a confirmatory fact. It is a very difficult path to take, but it is the right one.!
That's a thoughtful perspective on the complexities of proving Satoshi Nakamoto's identity. The analogy you provided about possessing car keys not equating to ownership is quite fitting when discussing the nuances of cryptographic keys and identity. Indeed, revealing Satoshi's identity involves more than just controlling the private keys associated with early Bitcoin addresses.
As you pointed out, demonstrating deep knowledge about Bitcoin's creation, particularly aspects known only to the true creator, could be a more compelling way to validate one's claim. However, even this kind of evidence might face skepticism given the high stakes and the deeply ingrained mystery surrounding Satoshi Nakamoto.
Ultimately, since the Bitcoin community values decentralization and the principles outlined in its whitepaper, many believe that Satoshi's anonymity should remain intact, as it aligns with the vision of Bitcoin being leaderless and permissionless. Regardless, this remains one of the most fascinating enigmas in the world of cryptocurrency.
